Sales Admin is a service area, responsible for activities related to sales control. Also, in charge of the inventory distribution for the efficient filling of orders and supporting Sales Team in achieving the financial objective of the company.
Be part of our Sales Admin team as an Associate Manager, this individual will be in charge of the Sales Admin team management in Colombia and Peru and homologate the Andina's processes, reporting to the Regional Manager.
- Lead, align and manage booking process with Sales team
- Manage monthly demand process
- Monitoring annual forecasts and betting performance with regional groups (GTM, Business Process, Demand Planning, etc.)
- Lead the monthly distribution inventory process in each country.
- Coordinate products availability with Demand Planning and international traffic.
- Ensure that purchase orders are correct
- Support Sales team with different strategies for the improvement of commercial management.
- Support functional systems of Mattel Stores.
- Follow-up of the fulfillment of the bookings/demands ratio for each country and client.
- Keep processes homologated across the countries and Andean region
- 4-6 Years of experience (Sales Admin or Commercial)
- Demand management, inventories, POS, GS, etc.
- Ability handling large amounts of DB
- Responsible for demand and purchase order processing
- Advanced knowledge of Excel and Power Point
