The Opportunity:

Fisher-Price is currently seeking an Associate Manager, Global Brand Marketing – Marketing Communications. The Associate Manager of Global Brand Marketing – Marketing Communications will support the brand team in driving relevance of the Thomas & Friends and Fisher-Price brands with today’s parents. This includes supporting the development of brand marketing efforts and key product communications to ensure we are connecting with parents in a meaningful way and driving demand for key lines of business. This also includes supporting the Marketing Communications department in elevating the look and feel and tone of voice of all branded assets, as well as driving consistency of the brand’s identity across all consumer touchpoints.



What Your Impact Will Be:
  • Support the development of a new brand platform for the Thomas & Friends brand. Collaborate with external agency partners and internal cross-functional teams to develop the launch campaign and roll out for this new platform. This includes project management of the development of campaign strategy, tactics, and associated asset development.
  • Facilitate global adaptation of Thomas & Friends brand strategy and campaign by socializing campaign developments, addressing feedback from global counterparts, and ensuring assets are delivered to global partners in a timely manner.
  • Coordinate with key leads across the Thomas & Friends franchise (social, PR, live events, content) to ensure that all activations of the brand ladder up to the brand’s platform and strategy. Provide messaging guidance as needed.
  • Support the Fisher-Price brand team with brand campaign and branded asset creation as needed. This may include, but is not limited to: social media campaigns, retail signage, e-commerce asset creation, digital content, email, TV or digital product advertising and other brand/PR activations.

What We're Looking For:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing/Business or related (or equivalent); MBA preferred.
  • 5-7 years of similar consumer product marketing experience (or MBA with 3-5 years’ experience).
  • Product Development experience required
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively with individuals at all levels.
  • Strong organizational skills as well as strong communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Ability to handle a high volume of work while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Computer proficiency: MS Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint.
  • Must be a self-starter with a proactive approach to work.
  • Ability to work independently as well as be a team player.
  • Ability to prioritize work in order to meet important deadlines.
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Strong strategic thinking skills
  • Solid presentation skills.
  • Excellent follow up skills.
