Who We Are Looking For
We are looking for an Associate Marketing Manager who will be working to help deliver best-in-class global franchise marketing strategies that will create maximum value for the company. Working alongside the Senior Manager, Global Brands and working closely with colleagues across the company, the Global Associate Marketing Manager will assist in ensuring that the brands have exceptional marketing support within budgets.
What Your Impact Will Be
Help develop global brand and content marketing campaigns for execution at a local level
Ensure all brand marketing projects are supported by business strategy, objectives and insights
Work closely with Content Production team to ensure content development is supporting brand direction/strategy and business objectives
Assist in gaining buy-in to global franchise strategies at all levels, as well as executional commitment from internal partners to activate across key markets and key lines of business
Brief and develop marketing assets in collaboration with Marketing Communications team
Work with digital teams to ensure marketing content is optimally leveraged & localized for global platforms
Monitor key trends, brands and competitors’ performance in all markets
Work with other Mattel Global Brand teams to share plans and ‘best practices’ around the world
Manage marketing calendars and campaign documents, including timelines and delivery of assets
Communicate regularly with regional teams and lines of business to ensure needs are being met
Point of contact for brand inquiries and dissemination of brand information/assets.
Ensure all messages, communications, experiences and products are true to the brands, optimal and efficient in all formats and media
What We're Looking For
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent required, MBA a plus
3-5 years related brand marketing experience, ideally within a studio environment; experience in children’s entertainment and/or marketing agency experience a plus
Familiarity with content and media landscape
Thorough understanding of marketing mix and KPIs
Experience managing budgets/brand financials
Highly organized, independent and detail oriented with strong follow up skills
Strong time management, planning and project execution skills
Must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills
Must possess strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong collaborative relationships
Strong PowerPoint and presentation skills, proficiency in Outlook, Word and Excel
