Au sein du département commercial de l’Entreprise vos principales responsabilités seront les suivantes :

Relation client :

  • Gérer au jour le jour les relations avec les détaillants
  • Diriger les négociations des conditions commerciales et gérer la négociation des activités commerciales.

Stratégie

  • Développer et maintenir une connaissance approfondie de la dynamique des détaillants et du marché du jouet.
  • Comprendre les tendances des acheteurs et l'analyse des catégories.
  • Procéder à l'analyse des besoins des clients et des opportunités commerciales potentielles, ainsi que la planification annuelle des comptes, y compris les stratégies et les objectifs à long terme.
  • Développer des plans pour les détaillants et en assurer le suivi, le plan d'action correctif, le suivi des opportunités de croissance.
  • Gérer la planification et la sélection des gammes de produits des clients ainsi que la planification et l'exécution des activités promotionnelles.
  • Coordonner la mise en œuvre des actions sur les points de vente.

Analyse des données et reporting

En collaboration avec les équipes d'analystes, vous surveillez les indicateurs clés de performance (KPI) afin d'atteindre les objectifs et d'accélérer la croissance de l'entreprise. Vous prenez des mesures correctives lorsque les KPI ne sont pas conformes aux objectifs.

Finances

  • Gérer la budgétisation des promotions et des prévisions de produits.
  • Suivi des activités commerciales et évaluation des performances des activités commerciales.
  • Suivre et évaluer les performances commerciales du client, y compris l'efficacité des dépenses et des activités commerciales.

Gestion et leadership

  • Représenter Mattel à l'extérieur en illustrant qu'il s'agit d'un leader du secteur avec des marques fortes.
  • Avec le reste de l'équipe, agir comme un centre de compétence et d'expertise des tendances et de la dynamique du commerce de détail pour le reste de l'organisation.

Que faut-il pour réussir ?

  • Diplôme universitaire en économie, en administration des affaires ou dans un domaine apparenté (licence / maîtrise / diplôme).
  • 4 ans d'expérience dans une fonction en lien avec les fonctions commerciales et marketing
  • Aptitudes à la vente et à la négociation dans un environnement international, de préférence acquises dans une entreprise internationale à forte saisonnalité.
  • Capacité d’analyse et orienté résultats
  • Être capable de créer un travail d'équipe fructueux et de travailler dans un environnement dynamique avec des échéances
  • Capacité à se connecter avec les différents départements et parties prenantes pour aller saisir toutes les opportunités (acheteurs, marketing, trade marketing).
  • Bonne capacité d'influence et de communication, esprit hautement compétitif et orientation client.
  • Proactivité et esprit positif et innovant et capacité à challenger le status quo
  • Capacité à motiver une équipe et démontrer un leadership naturel
  • Excellents relationnel et communication
  • Français et Anglais courant.
  • Excellentes compétences bureautiques, notamment Excel​​
