1. Confirmar fisicamente el inventario (solo en soplado y algunos casos en inyeccion).
2. Auditar el correcto llenado de los libros (Autoinspeccion, Green Book y Reporte de Produccion Hora por Hora)
3. Asegurar la disponibilidad de los recursos (maquinas, personas, herramientas, Togger, Patines hidraulicos y materia prima, Etc.).
4. Monitorear los procedimientos e instrucciones que apliquen en el area.
5. Estar en continua comunicacion con programacion para ver maquinas criticas, cambios de molde, arranques, etc.
1. Administracion y control de Personal
2. Control de Produccion e inventarios.
3. Lean Manufacturing (Principios basicos de kaizen)
4. Analisis de Metodos de Trabajo
5. Conceptos de manufactura esbelta.
1. Autoridad para cambiar moldes o cambios de color en maquinas y detener las maquinas cuando se requiera.
2. Autoridad para disponer de materiales en tool crib.
