What Your Impact Will Be:

  • Lead Hong Kong and China Packaging Design Team to handle toy packaging design and production including projects prioritization, process and resources planning
  • Inspire the team in creativity & innovation, deliver high quality in design and development by closely interfacing with different stakeholders
  • Collaborate with US design team closely on packaging design & development and present our design proposals
  • Lead the packaging initiatives in terms of cost reduction, process refinement, sustainable & digitalization

What We're Looking For:

  • Degree holder or above in Graphic Design, Packaging Design or related disciplines
  • At least 7 years of relevant experience with at least 3 years at managerial level
  • Familiar with retail packaging process, with experience in handling licensing product; knowledge in packaging materials and testing requirement a plus 
  • Excellent planning, people management and problem solving skills
  • Good computer skills; well versed in popular graphic softwares 
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
