The Team:
In Sales we are in charge of leading the commercial team and build One Team with the functional areas.

Our main responsibility is to create and manage the country's commercial strategy, by positioning our brands as market leaders in each categories and channels.

The Opportunity:
Our Sales team is looking for members who are passionate about leadership, maintain and consolidate business relationships with customers, continuous monitoring, troubleshooting, achieve gross sales and sell out plans. What Your Impact Will Be:
  • Peru Head Office
  • Head of Gross Sales Perú
  • Planning, monitoring the execution and making business management decisions.
  • Build the country's go to market with the GTM team
  • Build and develop commercial and channel strategies for the country and gain profitable share
  • Lead the volume negotiations of the commercial strategy agreement with clients
  • Budget management for develop and incentivize the POS or sell out of the market
  • Responsible for reaching sales number in the country annually and monthly.
  • Responsible for developing and managing the entire sales team
  • Create with trade marketing execution strategies by client / channel to achieve the expected results of POS (Sell out)
  • Ensure fulfillment of policies and compliance for the commercial team
  • Build networking between areas for strengthen the development of projects whose purpose is to improve efficiency levels
  • Main contact with functional teams (Finance, HR, Operations, etc.)
  • Ensure people development

What We're Looking For:
  • Team Management
  • Modern channel experience (Ripley, Falabella, Cencosud, Tottus, Cencosud)
  • Knowledge of traditional channel (distributors and wholesalers)
  • Financial retail analysis and knowledge of financial statements (Financial KPI's; P&L Clients and P&L organizations)
  • KPI's of macroeconomics and consumer goods
  • Strategic thinking (Generate channel and customer strategies, Management KPI's)
  • Negotiations from the highest level of clients
  • Management of commercial budget
  • Desirable: Trade Mkt management
  • Advanced English
  • Excel advanced level.
  • Travel availability
