The Team:
Sales administration provides best in class operational execution through Inventory and Order management within the commercial team driven by delivering our sales objectives. In order to broaden our scope, we are designing the new Sales Strategy team to help as an internal consulting area to capitalize Sell-In/Sell-Out opportunities at customer level throughout Mexport by generating strategic insights and follow-up to be used within our commercial team. This team will also serve as a bridge between the Go To Market Team and Sales Teams.

The Opportunity:
Sales Strategy Associate Manager Mexport within Sales Administration in Mexico City. This position reports directly to the Sr. Manager of Sales Administration. The main responsibilities will be:
  • Developing customized strategy jointly with Sr Manager Sales Admin and country manager for Mexico and Export. Consolidate input from customer, go to market and demands in order to adapt to new challenges along the way and continuously challenge sales team for incremental business opportunities.
  • Focus on working with commercial teams to deliver insights, tracking/follow-up, constant communication and execution, constantly developing, improving and implementing various analytics with a commercial focus based on demand, forecasting, and marketing knowledge.

    What Your Impact Will Be:
    Develop and Implement best in class analytics and insights up to customer level to be used by commercial teams and allow for business recommendations for the largest market in LATAM through:
    • Mexico and Export POS and Consumption Model planning and tracking (up to Brand level)
    • Sales Distribution planning and alignment (up to store level for Key Customers)
    • Inventory/Order management insights alignment and support
    • Exclusives Management and evaluation with sales teams
    • SOM trending and insights

    What We're Looking For:
    • Minimum Education: Bachelor’s degree
    • Spanish, Advanced English, Portuguese (optional/additional)
    • Experience Years: 5+
    • Excellent excel skills (VB skills not necessary but would be a plus)
    • Analytical thinking
    • Data driven
    • Strong communication skills (throughout various levels of organization)
    • Nice to Have: Commercial or Trade Marketing background
