The Opportunity

We are currently looking for an energetic and passionate Graphic Designer. The ideal candidate will have the ability to juggle numerous projects at a time.  Reporting to the Manager, Graphics, this person will work in the Brand Design Department and collaborate closely with Industrial Product Designer, Packaging Structural Designers, Brand Managers and other project participants.

The Graphic Designer is responsible for the graphic design of visuals to guide the user experience through our web & traditional platforms. The candidate will be involved in all project steps, from conception to production.


What Your Impact Will Be:

  • Participate in the design of the user experience of products & transfer concepts into graphic communication;

  • Create promotional visuals as well as technical visual representations for the web & instruction booklets;

  • Create sketches and models based upon concept ideas;

  • Present and ‘sell’ various concept ideas out of previously received instructions (to internal audiences);

  • Work closely with 3D Artists, Structural and Industrial Designers, as well as Brand Managers;

  • Create coherent graphic brand norms and make sure of their workflow integration;

  • Ascertain proper project documentation and archiving within established nomenclature;

  • Follow up on deadlines and respect them;

  • Keep informed of emerging trends in the field of graphics, including concepts, tools and applications.

What we are Looking For: 

  • Graphic Design DEC or equivalent;
  • 3 to 5 years of similar experience;

  • Mastering Adobe CC suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, In Design, Acrobat), Cinema 4D, Microsoft Office;

  • Creativity and critical thinking skills;

  • Leadership, autonomy and team spirit;

  • Adaptability to change;

  • Magazine knowledge and web design;

  • Bilingualism (French/English);

  • Have a strong interest and passion for marketing, graphics, toys and video games, and understand emerging trends;

  • Possess time management and organizational skills, as well as the ability to prioritize and multitask;
  • Have a team spirit, a lot of dynamism, excellent work ethics and the ability to work alone or in a team;
  • Have a strong will and the ability to improve, learn and grow.
