The Team:
The Logistics and Planning Team is responsible for moving the merchandise from our plants to the countries where the product is going to be sold (Distribution Centers). We are mainly in charge of importing the merchandise according the legislation of each country, always looking for more efficient ways to do it and with a better service/cost ratio. Expect a dynamic and fast-faced role where you get to make decisions that impact the foundation of this team.


The Opportunity:
Mattel is currently seeking a Lead Distribution in Santiago, Chile. This role will be a member of a dynamic team focused on maintaining a close relationship with our suppliers and ensuring the sales delivery plan. The Lead Distribution will be involved in the process by effectively managing the Distribution Center. This position reports directly into the Manager Logistics and Planning.
