What Your Impact Will Be:        

  • Generate ideas, create concept sketches, B-sheet & working model from RCR to EA
  • Monitor CA/EA model progress, provide direction to Workshops, plants & Vendors to meet function & aesthetic requirement
  • To produce design specification / material and coordination for costing engineer / project engineer / PI engineer / graphic designer throughout the development process
  • Attend Brainstorming hold by ES
  • To conduct research on new technologies, materials, production processes, trends, in order to support product development process 
  • Communicate with ES Design teams & Engineering to report project status
  • Hold D&D activities including design project kick off, WIP, costreduction meeting
  • Assist Manager to organise on-site CA/EA
  • To coach & supervise Associate / Product designers throughout D&D process from concept sketch to production

What We’re Looking For:

  • University Graduate or Technical Institute Graduate, majored in Design or related disciplines
  • Minimum 4 year product design experience in Toy or related Industry
  • Good sketching, rendering & drafting  technique (by hand and computer)
  • Good at 2D & 3D design software
  • Knowledge of toy production processes
  • Good written & spoken English
  • Good communication & interpersonal skills
