Mattel Retail Service Jobs

The Mattel Retail Service organization is an extension of our Sales and Marketing teams – at the store level. Our team is made up of retail experts who are dedicated to providing premier in-store execution and conversion. With over 50 years of continuous service at Mattel, we focus on Merchandising, Retail Execution, Customer Service, Sales and Training, while delivering real time Business Insights. Our Positions

  • Mattel Retail Service Merchandiser RPT – Flexible hours, benefit eligible, bonus eligible, works an average 30-35 hours per week, with increased hours in the 4th quarter.
  • Mattel Retail Service Merchandiser PTU – Flexible hours, bonus eligible, works an average 15-20 hours per week with increased hours in the 4th quarter.
  • Mattel Retail Service Merchandiser Associate – Supports the Holiday Season.
