The Team
The EMEA Logistics team manages all Warehousing & Logistical supply chain operational standards by contributing warehouse information to strategic plans and reviews; implementing productivity, quality, and customer-service standards; resolving problems and ensuring compliance with both local and internal regulation. This is a dynamic and fast-moving team, responsible for facilitating the end-to-end supply of goods & services that allows us to service all our customers, both internal & external, for the EMEA region.
The Opportunity
The EMEA Logistics team is seeking a highly analytical, data-savvy, and solution-oriented Senior Analyst Logistics to support and enhance our regional supply chain performance. In this role, you will leverage your strong data analysis experience and skills to deliver meaningful insights and guide strategic decision-making across subsidiaries and distribution centers. You will play a key role in capturing, interpreting, and presenting complex datasets and being able to transform them into actionable recommendations that improve service, efficiency, and cost effectiveness.
In addition to your analytical responsibilities, you will actively contribute to key logistics projects, providing essential data, analysis, and support Project Management to ensure successful execution. You will play an important role in cost-reduction initiatives, process optimization efforts, tender activities, and strategic network initiatives such as warehouse relocations and start ups.
The person in this role will bring an initiative-taking and problem-solving mindset, strong prioritization skills, and the ability to manage multiple streams of work with accuracy and attention to detail. As a highly organized and analytical self-starter, you will confidently collect, process, and interpret large datasets across transportation, inventory, warehousing, and delivery with a calm, solutions-focused approach.
What Your Impact Will Be:
Data Analysis & Performance Insights
- You will act as the primary data expert and trusted point of contact for the Logistics organization, delivering the analysis and direction needed to support critical decisions.
- Collect, process, and analyze large datasets related to logistics and supply chain operations.
- Conduct in-depth data analysis to support strategic decision-making, including project evaluations.
- Contribute to Logistics cost-reduction and service-improvement projects.
- Support interdepartmental initiatives involving logistics, customer fulfilment, and planning.
- Support projects aimed at improving Supply Chain Network.
- Participate in tender processes, including preparation of tender baselines, data analysis, and strategic review materials.
- Optimization: Identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and cost-saving opportunities in the supply chain.
What We’re Looking For:
- Minimum 4 years experience working in Supply Chain or Logistics analytics
- Solid understanding of supply chain principles and logistics; experience with 3PL operations and/or Finance is a strong plus
- Strong analytical mindset with exceptional problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, BI tools, data modeling)
- Fluent in English; additional European languages are an advantage
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders in a hybrid, international environment
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Strong presentation skills, capable of conveying insights clearly and confidently
- Project management experience is an advantage
- Collaborative team player with consistency, integrity, and a positive approach to partnering with others
- Ability to work autonomously and take ownership of responsibilities
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
- Willingness and ability to travel as required
