The Opportunity: 

Responsible for overseeing all facets of human resources practices and processes. This role involves developing and implementing P&C strategies, as well as providing expert guidance to senior management on all P&C-related matters. The P&C Director plays a pivotal role in cultivating a positive work environment, ensuring adherence to labor regulations, and effectively managing the HR team.

What Your Impact Will Be: 

  • Overall responsible for HR function for plant
  • Be an Influential Advisor for GM and Leadership team on critical business priorities in terms of proactively identifying gaps in cross-functional alignment & mobilizing manpower resources to deliver operations results
  • Build high performing work culture for the site in partnership with leadership team
  • Influence stakeholders by delivering meaningful messages with confidence
  • Drive employee engagement programs to maintain high morale and engagement score (GPS) of employees
  • Understands how the business’ priorities connect to the broader cross functional goals through daily Gemba walk to connect with employees in front line to have good understanding of pulse of organization and proactively work on any gaps in people processes
  • Ensure robust HR process and delivery as per SLAs across Employee life cycle i.e. Recruitment, Onboarding, Talent Development, Employee Relations, Exit process
  • Act as thought partner with GM & Leadership team to enable organization changes to support transformation and deliver with leadership team on OFG targets in terms of fixed cost savings on headcount
  • Maintain cohesive IR environment by building strong partnership and collaboration with Union Committee
  • Guide and support ER manager to lead CLA with Union
  • Drive change management and partner with leadership team to drive digital journey for the plant
  • Assesses capability gaps within teams and creates development plans to close gaps and improve capabilities
  • Sustainably embed DE&I across all talent strategies
  • Develop strategic messages to inform communication plans aligned to business and HR objectives

What We’re Looking For: 

  • Demonstrated a growth mindset by staying curious and continuously learning, embracing challenges, and improving themselves.
  • Bachelor's Degree in P&C or a related field
  • 10 to 15 years of experience in People & Culture / Human Resource Management
  • 10 years of management experience
  • Proficient in all HR modules with a comprehensive understanding of modern enterprise HR management models. Knowledgeable about national laws, regulations, and policies pertaining to contract management, salary systems, insurance, and welfare.
  • Experienced with personnel administration workflows and adept in managing human resources affairs.
  • Fluent in English and Thai.
