The Opportunity: 

In this temporary position (maternity leave cover), you will support the Channel Strategy & Differentiation pillar by delivering shoppers’, consumers’, retailers’ and market insights that inform omnichannel retail strategies across Core Europe. Working closely with the Senior Manager, Channel Strategy & Differentiation, the role translates market intelligence and research into actionable recommendations that strengthen channel strategies, customer engagement and retail execution.  

The position partners with Customer Marketing, Sales, Brand Marketing, Consumer Insights and Commercial teams to identify emerging trends, evaluate shopper behavior, assess channel performance and support the development of differentiated retail strategies across key European markets.   

What Your Impact Will Be: 

  • Analyze shoppers, consumers, retailers and market data to identify trends, growth opportunities and emerging channel dynamics across Core Europe.  
  • Generate actionable insights and recommendations that support the development of omnichannel customer and channel strategies.  
  • Monitor channel, categories and competitive performance using syndicated data and internal business intelligence tools.  
  • Support the development of retailer and channel-specific selling stories, insights presentations and strategic recommendations.  
  • Collaborate with Customer Marketing, Sales, Brand Marketing and Consumer Insights teams to integrate shopper insights into commercial planning and retail activation initiatives.  
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reporting that track channel performance, shopper behavior and key market indicators.  
  • Support research projects by coordinating external research partners, analyzing findings and communicating business implications.  
  • Identify best practices and innovation opportunities across retail channels to support differentiated customer experiences and category growth.  

What We’re Looking For: 

  • 4–6 years of experience in Market Research, Consumer Insights, Shopper Insights, Category Management, Customer Marketing or Commercial Analytics within a multinational consumer goods environment.  
  • Strong analytical skills with experience interpreting shopper, consumer and retail data to develop strategic recommendations.  
  • Experience working with syndicated market data (Circana/NPD, NielsenIQ or equivalent) and business intelligence tools such as Tableau and Excel.  
  • Strong presentation, storytelling and data visualization skills with the ability to communicate complex insights to diverse stakeholders.  
  • Proven ability to collaborate across cross-functional and multicultural teams in a matrix organization.  
  • Curiosity, critical thinking and a proactive approach to identifying business opportunities through data and research.  
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, Economics, Statistics, Consumer Insights, Market Research or a related field.
  • Fluent English required; additional European languages are an advantage.
