Design and deliver training programs related to manufacturing, modular systems, compliance, and certifications.
Lead and support trainers to ensure effective and engaging training delivery.
Collaborate with Manufacturing, HR, Compliance, and Operations teams to identify training and development needs.
Manage training schedules, materials, completion tracking, and training evaluations.
Administer and maintain digital learning platforms.
Support library and knowledge center operations.
Assist with employee engagement initiatives, events, recognition programs, surveys, and wellness activities.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Education, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum 1 year of experience in training, learning & development, or manufacturing training. Fresh graduates with internship experience in training or learning & development are welcome to apply.
Experience in a manufacturing or production environment is preferred.
Strong presentation, facilitation, communication, leadership, and coaching skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office; familiarity with LMS or HRIS platforms is an advantage.
Well-organized, collaborative, and passionate about people development.
