- Develop and optimize manufacturing processes for new and existing toy production.
- Improve automation, productivity, quality, and process efficiency.
- Troubleshoot process and quality issues and implement corrective actions.
- Provide technical support and maintain process documentation.
- Design tooling and machinery related to manufacturing processes.
- Minimum Diploma degree in Industrial, Mechanical, or Mechatronics Engineering from a reputable university.
- Preferably 3 years of relevant experience in:
- Production process improvement
- Robotics and automation
- Injection molding or die-casting
- Proficient in AutoCAD, SolidWorks, Creo, and Microsoft Office.
- Basic knowledge of mechanical design, electrical concepts, and pneumatics.
- Good English communication skills.
- Willing to be placed in Cikarang.
