The Human Resources Department in Deforest is looking for an individual to fill the role of a Bilingual Human Resources Recruiter to help meet our Seasonal Peak hiring demands. Primary functions for this position are interviewing and hiring seasonal staff for our Distribution Center.

This position is scheduled for 40 hours per week and will last approximately through November.


Bilingual skills in Spanish

Interviewing mass volumes of candidates

Attending job fairs

Conducting orientations

Posting positions on various job boards

Processing paperwork and background checks

Assisting HR Seasonal Associates with their duties


Bilingual skills in Spanish

Strong knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and TEAMS

Ability to maintain confidentiality at all times

Strong communication skills

High level of organization

Ability to perform multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment

Previous mass interviewing/recruitment experience is beneficial
