工作职责﹕
1、主要对测试结果进行复核，检测方法的确认等；
2、负责产品的物理性能的检测，根据产品规格书/相关规范，指导检测员正确进行测试；
3、复查检测员的原始记录，根据原始记录出具测试报告；拒绝干扰，确保检测结果的准确和真实性，对其出具的报告负责；
4、积极与质量工程师/产品工程师就测试中发现的问题进行沟通，确保报告及时、准确；
5、熟悉并掌握所使用的仪器的性能和方法，严格按操作方法使用、维护并做好记录；
6、提供检测员的技术知识培训；
7、积极参与本专业的能力比对验证工作和技术培训，努力提高技术水平；
8、严格执行安全规程，做好内务整理工作，保持环境、设施、设备安全、整洁、有序
9、完成上级主管交办的其他工作。
入职资格﹕
1、本科或以上学历，机械相关专业，3年以上本专业领域的检测经历；
2、如果学历或专业不满足要求，应有5年以上相关检测或校准经历。
3、熟悉玩具检测项目的方法和规范，具有正确判断、使用标准及仪器设备工作状态的能力；
4、英语读写流利，能基本阅读ASTM F963/EN71-1/ ISO8124 等英文版国际标准
5、熟练使用 Office 等办公软件
6、良好的沟通协调能力，能承受一定工作压力， 办事沉稳、细致，有良好的团队合作精神和服务意识。
