Sr Supervisor Warehouse

岗位职责 Duties and Responsibilities
1. 团队与运营管理：全面统筹仓库日常运营工作，主导仓库团队管理、人员调配及日常工作统筹，搭建高效、有序的仓储作业体系，保障各项仓储工作平稳落地。
1. Team & Operation Management: Lead the warehouse team and take charge of overall daily warehouse operations and workforce management, establish an efficient and standardized warehouse operation system to ensure smooth daily work execution.
2. 成本与库存管控：负责仓库运营成本管控，合理把控仓储各项开销；统筹库存管理工作，规范库存盘点、出入库流程，保障库存数据准确、账实相符，同时推进仓储系统落地与优化升级工作。
2. Cost & Inventory Control: Oversee warehouse overhead cost control and inventory management, standardize inventory counting and inventory in-out procedures to ensure accurate inventory data. Responsible for the implementation and optimization of warehouse management systems.
3. 供应商协同管理：对接、统筹外包仓储服务供应商，建立高效的沟通协作机制，监督外包服务质量与作业效率，确保内外仓储运营衔接顺畅，为业务提供稳定、高效的仓储支撑。
3. Supplier Collaboration: Cooperate and communicate with outsourced warehouse suppliers efficiently, supervise their service quality and operation efficiency, ensure seamless connection between internal and external warehouse operations, and provide stable operational support for the business.
4. 安全与团队建设：落地仓库安全生产管理制度，常态化开展安全巡查与隐患排查，杜绝安全事故；关注员工工作状态，提升员工工作积极性与团队凝聚力，营造积极正向的团队工作氛围。
4. Safety & Team Development: Implement warehouse safety management regulations, conduct regular safety inspections and hidden danger troubleshooting to eliminate potential safety hazards. Improve employee engagement and team morale, and build a positive team working atmosphere.
5. 合规与持续优化：带领团队严格遵守公司规章制度及行业合规要求，规范仓储全流程作业标准；主动挖掘运营痛点，推进仓储流程、作业效率的持续改进与优化，提升仓储整体运营水平。
5. Compliance & Continuous Improvement: Lead the team to comply with company rules, industry standards and compliance requirements. Continuously identify operational problems, optimize warehouse workflows and improve overall warehouse operation efficiency.
6. 全盘统筹监管：全面负责内部自有仓库及外部合作仓库的作业管理，统筹管控所有仓储相关服务供应商的作业执行情况，保障整体仓储作业高效、合规、落地执行。
6. Overall Supervision: Fully manage internal warehouse operations and outsourced warehouse service providers, supervise the full execution of all warehouse-related services to ensure efficient and standardized operation delivery.

任职要求 Requirements
1. 本科及以上学历。
1. Bachelor’s degree or above
2. 具备3-5年及以上仓库管理相关工作经验，有仓储团队管理经验者优先考虑。
2. Minimum 3-5 years of professional warehouse management experience; candidates with prior team leadership experience are preferred.
3.熟悉仓库日常运营、库存管控、成本管理及供应链仓储流程；具备优秀的团队管理、沟通协调及问题解决能力；具备较强的合规意识、安全管理意识和持续优化思维，能够高效统筹内外仓储资源，落地各项运营及管理工作。
3. Familiar with daily warehouse operation, inventory control, cost management and supply chain warehouse workflows. Possess excellent team management, communication coordination and problem-solving capabilities. With strong awareness of compliance and workplace safety, as well as continuous improvement mindset, capable of coordinating internal and external warehouse resources to ensure efficient operation management.
4. 具备良好的英语口语。
