We are looking for a passionate, highly driven, and detail-oriented Associate Marketing Analyst to drive Hot Wheels growth through analysis, execution of brand marketing initiatives, and supporting key commercialization milestones. You will be a key partner for our Global Brand, Sales, Retail Marketing, and Demand Planning teams to support go-to-market strategies and bring Hot Wheels to life in the US market through marketing activations and retailer programs. You will work cross functional teams on exciting marketing programs, brand experiences, retailer partnerships, and campaigns that drive engagement, brand affinity, and business growth. The ideal candidate has an entrepreneurial spirit and thrives in a fast-paced environments where creativity, curiosity, and initiative are essential.
What Your Impact Will Be:
Marketing & Project Support
- Assist in the coordination and execution of Hot Wheels US marketing initiatives and product launches.
- Support the development of marketing materials and presentations.
- Track project timelines and ensure deliverables are completed on schedule.
- Help maintain documentation related to projects, brand activation initiatives, and milestones.
- Help ensure consistency and quality of execution across consumer and retail touchpoints.
- Support initiatives aimed at supporting business performance in the U.S.
Market & Consumer Insights
- Conduct basic research on market trends, competitive activity, and consumer behavior.
- Compile data into summaries and support reporting needs.
- Assist in preparing insights for internal team discussions.
Tools & Process Support
- Support updates to marketing tools, templates, and tracking systems.
- Help test and implement new processes or workflows.
- Maintain organized records and shared resources.
Cross-Functional Support
- Support collaboration with Sales, Trade Marketing, Licensor, and Supply Chain teams through preparation of reports and inputs for demand planning.
- Assist in preparation for retailer meetings and internal forums.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to collaborative discussions.
- Support engagement activities with other regions where required.
- Ensure accuracy and consistency of data, reporting, and tracking tools.
What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
- 0–2 years of relevant internship, academic, or project-based experience.
