The Opportunity: 

Align, submit and track performance of the DTC customer shipments plan for local fulfillment in EMEA. Coordinate and communicate how demand plan is being defined with Commercial, Financial, and Operational stakeholders.

What Your Impact Will Be: 

  • Partner with Commercial team to reflect the demand plan based on commercial launch date, product availability in market, and seasonality in the system.
  • Work closely with the rest of the Demand Planning team to propose, test, and trial demand planning system enhancements.
  • Collaborate with Master Data Management to ensure items are properly created and ready for a demand signal.
  • Track, communicate and address outages in forecasting performance for EMEA DTC Demand plan.
  • Gather information & reports as needed to support Business cycles (S&OP, Financial Forecasts, S&OE).
  • Work with Portfolio Management to confirm timing of product availability to reflect accurate customer shipments.
  • Identify process issues, and work with the appropriate departments to address them with expectation of communicating and escalating accordingly.
  • Work closely with Replenishment Planning to identify and communicate outages that may impact the previously defined business plan.

Other responsibilities may include: 

  • Active participation in Supply Chain responsibilities during the Sales and Operations Planning process.
  • Participate in best practice sharing to ensure efficiency within the Supply Chain team.
  • Provide a point of contact with the commercial and finance team for any demand forecasting inquiry that may arise.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to handle different tasks are required.  Collaborate on best practices with other Supply Analysts across the DTC organization.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Operations, Engineering, or a related field required.
  • Minimum of 3+ years of experience in Supply Chain Planning with a good understanding of Forecasting, Materials Requirements Planning, Distribution, Supply Planning.
  • Anaplan system knowledge preferred, but not mandatory.
  • Able to communicate changing priorities effectively, identifying and including the adequate stakeholders.
  • Ability to be a strong advocate for consistency in the approach of tasks, meeting deadlines for task completion for projects that occur on a regular basis.
  • Must have ability to have strong attention to detail and the ability to have a holistic approach to support the business.
  • Ability to represent department in meetings and in correspondence, requiring a professional demeanor and the ability to present and negotiate for their point of view.
  • Ability to juggle a variety of tasks and priorities, and the ability to react quickly and efficiently to the needs of the business. 
  • Flexibility in time management and resilience that allows one to keep track of product supply withing the supply chain at any given time.  
  • Strong written and verbal communication that supports the ability to exchange pertinent and complete information on a timely basis is crucial. 
  • Demonstrated a growth mindset by staying curious and continuously learning, embracing challenges, and improving themselves.
