The Opportunity:
Mattel is currently seeking a Facilities Coordinator;

What Your Impact Will Be: 

  • Answer phone calls and assist walk-in customers with Facilities questions.
  • Assign work requests in MicroMain to Union team members.
  • Utilize MicroMain modules to identify Union member workloads and disperse accordingly.
  • Assist with Department Oracle expense reports and additional reports as needed.
  • Maintain vacation schedule for Department.
  • Order office supplies as needed.
  • Order equipment to maintain buildings.
  • Create purchase requisitions in Coupa for the department.  Capital Projects and Expense.
  • Check CER projects for outstanding and open PO’s.
  • Close PO’s when no further action is expected.
  • Verify vendor payments.
  • Maintain an updated record of invoices from external partners. 
  • Update Term report and remove employees from AutoCAD floorplan (Assist Space Planner)
  • Receive GTO tickets for Onboarding of new employees and update employee location.
  • Order ergonomic equipment for employees.
  • Utility monthly payments and tracking (Charts reflecting spend/usage)
  • EH&S documentation (Document control, training scheduled, compliance, etc.)

This role will be paid hourly (24.80 – 31.00 per hour).
