The Team:

The GTO Consumer Marketing Data & Analytics team supports and manages the implementation of technology initiatives supporting the company’s portfolio of multi-brand, and multi-national consumer-facing digital experiences.


The Opportunity: 

We are seeking a talented Lead Business Analyst specializing in consumer data management across omnichannel platforms to join our team. As a Business Analyst focused on omnichannel consumer data, you will play a crucial role in leveraging data from various sources, including the Consumer Data Platform Blueconic, CRM tool Klaviyo, and our consumer analytics data warehouse. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of omnichannel data integration and analysis, coupled with expertise in the SAFE project execution method.  The position reports to the Director IT – MarTech.

What Your Impact Will Be: 

  • Omnichannel Data Analysis: Analyze consumer data from diverse sources, including digital channels and proprietary retail stores, to identify trends, patterns, and insights that drive business decisions.
  • Platform Optimization: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize the performance of the Consumer Data Platform Blueconic, CRM tool Klaviyo, and other data platforms, ensuring seamless integration and data flow across channels.
  • Requirement Gathering: Work closely with stakeholders across the enterprise to understand business requirements and translate them into data-driven solutions that support omnichannel initiatives.
  • Project Management: Utilize the SAFE project execution method to manage projects related to omnichannel consumer data initiatives, ensuring alignment with business objectives and timely delivery.
  • Data Governance: Implement and maintain data governance processes to ensure data integrity, security, and compliance with regulatory requirements across all channels.
  • Reporting and Insights: Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and visualizations to track key performance metrics related to omnichannel consumer data and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
  • Training and Support: Provide training and support to internal teams on using consumer data platforms, CRM tools, and analytics solutions effectively to drive business outcomes.

What We’re Looking For: 

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Statistics, or related field.
  • Proven experience working as a Business Analyst, with a focus on consumer data management and omnichannel analytics.
  • In-depth knowledge of consumer data platforms (e.g., Blueconic), CRM tools (e.g., Klaviyo), and consumer analytics data warehouses.
  • Familiarity with the SAFE project execution method and experience managing projects using Agile methodologies.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze and interpret complex omnichannel data sets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Understanding of omnichannel retail operations and experience working with data from digital channels and brick-and-mortar stores.
  • Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is a plus.
  • Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to data accuracy and quality.
  • Demonstrated a growth mindset by staying curious and continuously learning, embracing challenges, and improving themselves.

The annual base salary range for this position is between $136,000 and $165,000
**This range is indicative of projected hiring range, however annual base salary will be determined based on a candidate’s work location, skills and experience.
