The Opportunity: 

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion SCM – Order Management Product Owner who will assist in design, configuration, and implementation of the core Order to Cash modules – B2B Order Capture, EDI Trading Partner Integration, Global Order Promising, Pricing & Discounting, Order Orchestration, and Billing.

What Your Impact Will Be: 

  • Provide functional expertise in the Order Management module and lead the team through the entire systems development lifecycle.
  • Conduct workshops with key stakeholders to identify business requirements and map to Oracle Cloud Fusion standard processes, customizations, and organizational structures, creating a “To-Be” model. 
  • Define RICEF objects (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, Forms) and partner with Business Analysts to create associated functional and technical user stories for development.
  • Identify gaps between standard Oracle Fusion functionalities and business needs.  Partner with Enterprise Architects to define custom development within Oracle Fusion or establish alternate solutions and processes to meet business needs.
  • Configure the Order Management module to meet business requirements and document all configurations.
  • Act as a liaison between technical teams (both onshore and offshore), business teams, Oracle Fusion teams (Product Hub, Procurement, Inventory, and Finance) and SI vendor to drive a successful implementation.
  • Identify and configure required security roles and associated access to the application.
  • Define testing scenarios and develop test scripts.
  • Support quality assurance and UAT testing teams in execution of test scripts.
  • Create detailed process flow diagrams and training documentation.
  • Deliver training to trainers who will subsequently train their teams (Train the Trainer model).
  • Provide weekly status updates to Project Managers.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. 
  • Experience: 7+ years of hands-on implementation experience with Oracle Cloud Fusion – Order Management modules
  • Working knowledge of supporting SCM Oracle Fusion modules such as Product Data Hub, Inventory, and Procurement.
  • Experience in all phases of SDLC lifecycle from requirement gathering, analysis, design, configuration, development, testing, and deployment.
  • Communication Skills: Ability to work with stakeholders, including developers and business end-users, to define functional and technical requirements.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong ability to analyze business processes and translate them into system configurations.
  • Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead and inspire teams, with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a proactive approach to addressing challenges. 
  • Cultural Awareness: Ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment and manage teams across different time zones. 

Preferred Qualifications: 

  • Familiarity with sAFE Agile development practices and tools (e.g., JIRA). 
  • Oracle Product Data Hub (PDH) experience with global design, configuration, and implementation of the Product Data Hub module.
  • Experience with integrating into upstream and downstream systems such as warehouse management systems.
  • Demonstrated a growth mindset by staying curious and continuously learning, embracing challenges, and improving themselves.
