For our Mattel office in Frankfurt am Main, we are looking for a Amazon Intern to join our mission as soon as possible for a period of at least 6 months.


As Amazon Regional Sales Intern you will independently manage and support a broad range of critical operational activities across several pillars:

Domestic Availability Pillar

  • Full ownership of the Availability Masterfile, the team’s key availability reporting source
  • Short term availability monitoring and corrective actions:
    • Weekly SoROOS analysis and action tracking incl.HCPO
    • Monitoring unhealthy inventory, ordering gaps, PDP issues, and low-stock risks
  • Availability analysis and forecasting support for deal events, media campaigns and key launches
  • Bulk Buy analysis and pricing approval support
  • Ad hoc operational analysis, including Q4 pre-order support

Selection Pillar

  • Support on BTRs for key novelty launches
  • Coordination and tracking support for new product launches

Deals Pillar

  • Creation and maintenance of deal trackers and summaries
  • Management support for the TPM Salesforce tool

Business Health Pillar & Customer Fulfillment

  • Execution of price corrective actions and PEX follow-ups
  • Coordination with Customer Fulfillment on catalogue and status corrections to improve CR and SoROOS

What We’re Looking For: 

  • You are a student of business administration/economics and have ideally gained some practical experience in sales/key account/e-commerce
  • You are a strong communicator and open-minded person
  • You have a good grasp of things and are analytically strong
  • You are characterized by an independent and reliable way of working
  • You have a good command of English and are confident in using MS Office, especially Excel
