Tooling management to support inhouse schedule to meet customer requirement.
•
Work closely with internal & interplant to meet customer requests
•
Monitor and ensure tool capacity sufficient to support mass production
•
Work closely with Program Management & Global Marketing on tooling status to kick start a new project to meet market require date.
•
To analyze & forecasting capacity & manpower requirements.
•
Maintain weekly schedule in system and deliver weekly production schedule to production.
•
Maintain toy list in system and delivery toy list to production.
•
Provide schedule commitment to interplant to meet their requirement.
•
Responsibility to forecast machines and labor required and to create production planning schedules.
•
Coordinating production operations in accordance with material, labor, and equipment availability.
•
Compiling status and performance reports and submitting them to management in a timely manner
•
Develop continuous improvement to drive planning excellence through efficiencies in capacity plan.
- Review committed Supply Plan against the Demand in Blue Yonder for all items. Ensure changes are highlighted and discussed with concerned replenishment planning team members.
- Maintain Production Start and End Dates based on business requirements promptly.
- Identify top five items with shortages for the review with plant leadership in production planning review on a weekly basis. Provide the action plan or resolution to replenishment planning organization.
- Business - Business Studies/ Administration/ Management
- 3-4 years working experience
- Proficient in Microsoft office.
- Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications. Knowledge of material requirements planning (MRP) and related software
- Well organized, strong analytical and problem-solving & Effective communication skills.
- With extreme attention to details, highly organized, presentable, proactive, problem solver with minimum supervision.
- Ability to work independently; multi-tasking and working under pressure in a fast-paced
