Job Title: Senior Manager IT – Supply Chain Transformation -ERP
Location: Hyderabad, India
Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Manager IT – Supply Chain Transformation to lead offshore delivery for end-to-end Supply Chain transformation initiatives, with a strong focus on ERP (Oracle Cloud) and Master Data Management (MDM).
This role will be responsible for driving transformation across key supply chain functions including Manufacturing, Planning, Logistics, Order Management, and Consumer Services, while also leading enterprise data initiatives such as Product, Customer, and Supplier master data.
The ideal candidate will bring a strong mix of IT delivery leadership, ERP transformation expertise, MDM/data governance experience, and cross-functional stakeholder management. This role requires close collaboration with global (onshore) teams to ensure seamless execution of transformation programs.
The candidate must be willing to work onsite 4 days a week in Hyderabad, aligned with US EST time zone.
Key Responsibilities
Strategy & Leadership
Develop and execute mid-to-long-term supply chain transformation strategy, aligning ERP and MDM initiatives with global business objectives.
Lead cross-functional teams spanning ERP functional, MDM/data, integration, and technical teams.
Drive a data-driven supply chain vision, ensuring master data is treated as a strategic asset.
Mentor team members and build a high-performance, transformation-focused culture.
Provide regular updates to senior leadership on transformation progress, risks, and outcomes.
ERP & MDM Transformation Delivery
Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of ERP and MDM transformation programs, ensuring alignment with scope, timeline, and budget.
Oversee implementation and enhancement of ERP modules (Planning, Manufacturing, Logistics, Order Management, Procurement).
Drive MDM initiatives including data governance, data quality, and domain ownership (Product, Customer, Supplier).
Ensure strong alignment between business processes, ERP systems, and master data models.
Collaboration
Partner closely with onshore/global teams to align India delivery with enterprise transformation goals.
Collaborate with business stakeholders across supply chain towers to ensure solutions meet operational needs.
Work with enterprise architecture and data teams to align with broader IT and data strategies.
Integration & Data Management
Oversee integration between ERP, MDM, and other enterprise systems
Ensure seamless data flow, consistency, and synchronization across systems.
Drive adoption of modern integration patterns (APIs, event-driven architecture).
Resource Allocation & Delivery Management
Manage and optimize offshore team capacity across ERP, MDM, and integration workstreams.
Ensure efficient resource allocation to meet program and operational demands.
Establish delivery governance, KPIs, and performance metrics.
Communication & Stakeholder Management
Act as a key liaison between offshore and onshore teams.
Provide transparent communication on project status, risks, dependencies, and milestones.
Build strong relationships with business and IT stakeholders across regions.
Problem Solving & Risk Management
Proactively identify risks in ERP and MDM transformation programs.
Drive resolution of complex functional, data, and technical challenges.
Ensure minimal disruption to ongoing operations during transformation.
Experience
10–15 years of experience in IT delivery and supply chain systems.
At least 5+ years in a leadership role managing global/offshore teams.
Proven experience in ERP transformation programs (Oracle Cloud).
Hands-on experience or strong exposure to MDM and data governance initiatives.
Technical Skills
Strong knowledge of:
Supply chain domains: Manufacturing, Planning, Logistics, Order Management, Consumer Services
ERP and MDM platforms
Experience with:
Data integration (ETL, APIs)
Data quality and governance frameworks
Enterprise data models and master data lifecycle
Understanding of cloud platforms and modern architectures is a plus.
Leadership Skills
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills across global teams.
Ability to lead large, cross-functional transformation programs.
Experience working in a multicultural, distributed environment.

Education
