The Opportunity: 

 

About the Role

The Privacy Analyst will support the Privacy Office by managing operational privacy processes focused on cookie compliance, data subject request (DSR) handling, and data mapping / records of processing activities (RoPA) efforts. This individual will coordinate across internal teams and external partners to ensure compliance with global privacy laws, maintain audit-ready documentation, and assist in the configuration and monitoring of privacy technologies.

    What Your Impact Will Be: 

    • Audit the use of online and mobile app tracking technology (e.g., cookies, SDKs, pixels, etc.) and digital data flows using privacy compliance tools such as Privado and TrustArc
    • Monitor cookie banners, consent management platforms, and SDK implementations for compliance with global regulations
    • Coordinate with internal engineering and product teams to validate cookie categorizations set by the Privacy Office and consent configurations
    • Coordinate with IT and internal business units to intake, triage, and process DSRs (access, deletion, correction, portability, opt-out, etc.) within regulatory timelines
    • Maintain DSR forms, landing pages, email templates, and backend processes within TrustArc, and maintain integrations between TrustArc and other systems
    • Create standard operating procedures to reflect the Privacy Office compliance processes related to DSR fulfillment and tracking technology management

    What We’re Looking For: 

    • At least two years of experience working with cookies, tags, and online and mobile application tracking technology
    • Familiarity with Google Tag Manager (GTM) and server-side vs. client-side tags
    • Basic knowledge of comprehensive privacy laws like GDPR, CCPA, LGPD
    • Experience with privacy compliance software, particularly TrustArc
    • Strong project management and organizational skills
    • Excellent attention to detail and writing skills
