The Opportunity:

In this role, your main objective is to transform SEA logistics into a profit center, driving market share growth through on-time and just-in-time delivery. 

You will oversee all logistics stages, from customer service and 3PL management to final delivery, coordinating information flow, establishing procedures, and continuously improving costs and processes.  Effective 3PL management aligned with local business needs is crucial for achieving company goals in quality, customer service, and market presence.

What Your Impact Will Be:

Logistics Support

  • Coordinate Sales requests with Operational requirements.
  • Facilitate all DC related communications regarding the order fulfilling.
  • Monitor import process, handle import documents properly checked and comply with custom regulations and SNI regulations.
  • Ensure import custom clearance process is smooth and communicate with internal department (sales & marketing) for the expected arrival date.
  • Work closely with 3rd party logistic for the warehouse operations & inventory management. Take necessary actions to improve logistic performance.
  • Cooperate with internal departments and regular review business processes to ensure compliance of all internal policies and procedures.

Distribution Management

  • Ensure fluent communication between subsidiary and DC.
  • Coordinate DC and haulers operations.
  • Follow-up shipping rules and internal policies compliance.
  • Measure and report DC and third-party service levels and customer complaints.
  • Monitor distribution expense.
  • Translate sales forecasts into shipping forecasts and provide information to the DC.

Customer Administration and Regulatory Compliance

  • Supervise monthly in transit reporting.
  • Attend yearly Customs audit.
  • Coordinate and supervise waste packaging declarations.
  • To receive and answer inquiries or issues from the official Government Consumer Depts. SNI regulations, SDPPI.

What We’re Looking For:

Experience: Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience.

Education: University degree in Supply Chain preferred.

Knowledge & Skills:

  • Understanding of business operations processes and procedures.
  • Knowledge and experience in logistics and 3PL management.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Ability to analyze and interpret numerical data.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize workload.
  • High degree of initiative, drive, confidence, and resilience.
  • Professionalism, flexibility, and teamwork orientation.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and remain calm under pressure.
