The Opportunity: 

As part of the Global Supply Chain Analytics team, you will play a key role in enabling data-driven decision-making across our global supply chain.

Reporting to the Associate Analytics Development Manager, this role focuses on transforming complex, disparate data into meaningful insights that influence business outcomes. You will partner closely with cross-functional stakeholders to uncover trends, improve processes, and enhance visibility across the supply chain ecosystem. 

What Your Impact Will Be:

1. Data Analysis & Engineering

  • Extract, transform, and load (ETL) data from multiple global sources using SQL
  • Analyze large datasets to identify trends, anomalies, and actionable insights
  • Develop and maintain scalable data pipelines and automated workflows

2. Dashboard & Reporting Development

  • Design and build interactive dashboards and reports using tools such as Tableau, Cognos, or ThoughtSpot
  • Translate business requirements into intuitive and impactful visualizations
  • Enable self-service analytics for business users through well-structured reporting solutions

3. Data Governance & Quality

  • Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across reporting outputs
  • Apply data governance standards and best practices to maintain reliable datasets

4. Continuous Improvement

  • Identify opportunities to optimize data processes and improve efficiency
  • Support data-driven initiatives to enhance supply chain performance and decision-making

What We’re Looking For: 

  • Bachelor’s degree with at least 3 years of experience in data analytics or a related fields
  • Strong proficiency in SQL, including querying and manipulating data from structured (e.g., star schema) databases
  • Hands-on experience with Tableau and dashboard development
  • A data-driven mindset with a passion for uncovering insights from data
  • Strong communication skills and a balanced business acumen with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders

Preferred: 

  • Experience in supply chain analytics, planning, or operations
  • Proficiency in Python or R for data analysis or automation
  • Familiarity with machine learning concepts or predictive analytics
  • Experience with tools such as JIRA and Confluence
  • Additional language skills (Mandarin or Cantonese) are a plus for the purpose of close collaboration with counterparts based in Hong Kong and China
