The Team:

The DP Team at Mattel Latin America is responsible for inventory management across the region, meaning our priority is the health of it. 


The Opportunity:
Mattel is currently seeking an Inventory Management Senior Analyst 


What Your Impact Will Be

- Optimize Inventory across LATAM: Drive actions on product supply and commercial to improve inventory mix while balancing inventory targets and KPIs. Scope is all markets with $750MM USD estimated total inventory.
'- Lead of others: Under its scope are 2 people level D, responsible for providing timely and robust visibility along with data-driven recommendations to drive actions and maximize Inventory Health (example: high selling items, slow movers, excess, etc.)
'- Responsible for Latam Gross Inventory –including Inventory Optimization & Inventory Planning-
'- Responsible for reducing excess “Uncuttables” (Excess product not considered in Customer Bookings)
'- Prioritize inventory management in accordance with commercial needs.
'- Build-up collaborative relationships with key stakeholders –mainly Replenishment, Logistics, Sales and Sales Admin- to create synergy across inventory management execution.
'- Own inventory health visibility: Provide accurate and timely visibility to mitigate risks (product late availability) and identify opportunities to improve mix (ex: HW Basic Car excess transfer from USA to Mexico or Mexico excess product transfer to US)"
