The Sales Representative Ecommerce Mexico will be responsible for driving the growth of Mattel's digital
business on Amazon and Mercado Libre Mexico. The role focuses on maximizing sell-in and sell-out, optimizing
the toy portfolio's presence on these platforms, and collaborating closely with internal and external teams to
position Mattel as a market leader in the ecommerce ecosystem across the region. 

What You’ll Do:

  • Manage commercial relationships with Amazon and Mercado Libre Mexico, ensuring sales and profitability targets are met.
  • Execute digital sales and promotional strategies to increase sell-in and sell-out of the toy portfolio.
  •  Monitor and optimize key KPIs such as sell-out, profit margin, conversion rate, ad investment, and inventory levels.
  • Coordinate with internal teams including Marketing, E-Trade, Ads, and Logistics to ensure comprehensive campaign and operational execution.
  • Utilize tools such as Amazon Vendor Central, Mercado Libre supplier portal, and MS Office for account management and analysis.
  • Oversee product content, catalog, and visibility on digital platforms.
  • Manage assigned budgets and ensure efficient investment in digital advertising.
  • Identify growth opportunities in the ecommerce channel and propose actionable strategies.

Who We’re Looking For: 

  • Bachelor's Degree Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, International Business, or related field.
  • 2 years Minimum 2 years in sales, retail, ecommerce, or key account management roles. Previous experience
  • with platforms such as Amazon, Mercado Libre, or similar is preferred. Experience in consumer goods or toy industry is a plus.
  • Basic knowledge of account management, sales techniques and strategies, and commercial indicators and ecommerce understanding platforms
  • Tolerance to frustration and control of work under pressure with a problem-solving approach
  • Analytical thinking and results-oriented mindset
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Teamwork and cross-functional collaboration
  • Intermediate-Advanced English
  • Adaptability in dynamic and digital environments
  • Microsoft Office Specialist (MOS) - Microsoft MOS
