The Sales Strategy JUMP role supports the LATAM Regional Sales team by contributing to business performance analysis and tracking key sales performance indicators. The position works closely with cross-functional teams across Latin America to develop analyses and generate insights that support commercial decision-making and strategic initiatives.

This role provides exposure to a dynamic, multinational environment, offering opportunities to strengthen analytical, strategic, and data management skills while contributing to the region's overall business performance. 

What You’ll Do:

  • Support the LATAM Sales Strategy team in developing, maintaining, and enhancing business performance reports and dashboards.
  • Monitor and analyze Gross Billing (GB) and Point of Sale (POS) data across multiple LATAM markets, identifying trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  • Assist in preparing business analyses, executive reports, and data visualizations for senior leadership and cross-functional business reviews.
  • Support the development of LATAM merchandising guidelines for the field sales team, helping define product placement strategies to maximize in-store execution.
  • Participate in the analysis of seasonal business performance, promotional initiatives, and portfolio results, generating actionable insights that support strategic business decisions.

Who We’re Looking For:

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, Finance, Industrial Engineering, Data Analytics, or a related field.

  • Graduation expected within the next 12–24 months.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and identify business insights.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, charts, and basic formulas). Knowledge of Power BI or Tableau is a plus.

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work with large datasets.

  • Intermediate to advanced English proficiency (written and verbal), with the ability to communicate effectively in a multinational environment.

  • Strong communication and presentation skills.

  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional and multicultural teams.

  • Self-motivated, proactive, curious, and eager to learn.

  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

  • Interest in Sales Strategy, Commercial Analytics, Category Management, or Consumer Goods.
