- A Replenishment Planner is responsible for ensuring product availability aligned with commercial needs (product on time) and financial indicators (inventory valuation).
- Some of the main functions of the position include:
- Ensuring timely and accurate actions and responses to demand needs requests
- Analyze a large amount of data and present important insights to the business
- Ensure that inventories are maintained at optimal levels.
- Uderstanding processes from plants to provide meaningful insights and strategic recommendations for the business
- Analysis and Problem-Solving: . The candidate should have knowledge of databases to analyze important information that drives actions to the demand planning team and/or plant teams
- Communication: The ideal candidate will communicate clearly and effectively in a variety of groups; most of them with language barriers
- Collaboration: The ideal candidate will build constructive and effective cross-functional relationships with a broad and diverse group of business partners.
- Financial knowledge: The ideal candidate will evaluate financial and business indicators and translate data into actionable information to drive results.
