This role sits within the Sr. Sales Strategy vertical under the leadership of the Sales Strategy Sr. Director and reports directly to the LATAM SS Manager. The Senior Sales Strategy Analyst leads the development, governance, and continuous improvement of commercial planning tools, performance tracking, and strategic analysis across LATAM. Acts as point of coordination between Sales, Marketing, Finance, Consumer Products, Trade Marketing, and regional teams to ensure alignment of commercial priorities. Drive data-driven decision making by translating complex information into actionable insights, maintaining the region's commercial planning infrastructure, and identifying growth opportunities across brands, markets, and customers.

What You’ll Do:

Business Performance & Analytics

  • Develop executive dashboards and scorecards to monitor business performance by customer, brand and key items.
  • Track GS, POS, ST, SOM, BPS and other commercial KPIs across LATAM.
  • Analyze business trends and identify risks and opportunities through data-driven insights.
  • Prepare executive-level presentations for senior leadership.

Commercial Tools & Process Governance

  • Develop and maintain automated Excel-based planning tools and business trackers.
  • Ensure data accuracy and consistency across reporting files.
  • Standardize reporting processes across LATAM markets.
  • Drive continuous improvement and automation of commercial planning tools.

Commercial Planning & Calendar

  • Own the LATAM Commercial Calendar, ensuring alignment across all markets and cross-functional teams.
  • Coordinate monthly calendar releases, change management, and communication of commercial updates.
  • Consolidate input from Marketing, Sales, IMC, Consumer Products and regional teams into one single source of truth.

Strategic Retail Performance

  • Lead performance tracking and executive reporting for strategic partners.
  • Monitor business KPIs, identify commercial opportunities, and provide actionable recommendations to Sales teams.
  • Develop monthly business reviews and executive summaries for key accounts
