The Associate, OD Enablement supports the design and delivery of organizational development initiatives that enhance team effectiveness and align with business priorities. This role focuses on coordination, execution, and operational support of OD frameworks, tools, and processes across the organization.
The Opportunity:
In this role you will:
- Support the rollout and maintenance of OD frameworks, tools, and standards across Mattel
- Coordinate updates and documentation for organizational design and effectiveness resources
- Assist in aligning OD initiatives with business and people priorities
- Coordinate OD-related projects, including timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder communications
- Track progress of transformation and change initiatives, ensuring milestones are met
- Assist in the execution of change management activities (e.g., communications, stakeholder tracking, readiness support)
- Support diagnostics such as surveys, team effectiveness assessments, and data collection efforts
- Help consolidate insights and contribute to reporting on organizational health and effectiveness
- Support workforce planning processes through data tracking, reporting, and coordination
- Maintain data accuracy and assist in building insights related to organizational capability needs
- Provide operational support to OD projects across functions and regions
What We’re Looking For:
- A high level of English proficiency is required
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Psychology, Business Administration, Education, or related field required.
- 4 years of experience in HR, Talent, OD, or related field
- Strong organizational and project coordination skills
- High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Comfortable working with data, reports, and presentations (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Interest in organizational development, change management, and team effectiveness
