Reporting to the Senior Privacy Specialist, the Junior Privacy Program Assistant will play a critical role in supporting the Privacy Office’s operations, helping to manage privacy reviews, generate metrics and insights, and help maintain core compliance documentation. This role combines project management, analytical skills, and privacy program administration to ensure that privacy governance processes are efficient, measurable, and compliant.


What You’ll Do

The Export Key Account Executive will be responsible for strengthening relationships with existing clients in Costa
Rica, including wholesalers, commercial chains, department stores, and key accounts such as Walmart. The role
will focus on implementing and monitoring commercial strategies aligned with Mattel's regional marketing
campaigns, driving sales growth, and ensuring strong brand positioning in the Costa Rican market. This position
is fully commercial. Additionally, the role will provide direct support to the Key Account Manager (KAM), ensuring
seamless execution of commercial plans and client management.


RESPONSIBILITIES
• Manage and strengthen relationships with current clients in Costa Rica (wholesalers, commercial chains, and
department stores).
• Implement commercial strategies aligned with regional marketing campaigns to accelerate product sell-out.
• Monitor and track sales performance, ensuring achievement of monthly and annual objectives.
• Negotiate promotions, displays, and commercial plans with key clients to maximize market share.
• Analyze sales reports and develop proposals to improve assortment, pricing, and distribution.
• Collaborate with internal teams (Marketing, Trade Marketing, Finance) to ensure effective in-store execution.
• Report progress, results, and business opportunities to the regional management team.


Who We’re Looking For

• Bachelor's Degree Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, International Business, Marketing, or related
field.
• 2 years in international sales, export, or commercial account management. and
• Languages: Intermediate-advanced English (for corporate communication).
• Proficiency in Excel (advanced) for data analysis and reporting.
• Experience using Salesforce.
• Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills with retailers and wholesalers.
• Results-driven mindset with strong market analysis skills.
• Self-motivated, well-organized, and able to work remotely with multicultural teams.
