Reporting to the Senior Privacy Specialist, the Junior Privacy Program Coordinator will play a critical role in supporting the Privacy Office’s operations, helping to manage privacy reviews, generate metrics and insights, and help maintain core compliance documentation. This role combines project management, analytical skills, and privacy program administration to ensure that privacy governance processes are efficient, measurable, and compliant.

What You’ll Do

  • Support intake, tracking (using TrustArc, Airtable, and other project management tools), and coordination of privacy reviews (PIAs/DPIAs) of new vendors, systems, and business processes
  • Assist with documentation and maintenance of records of personal information flows, systems, and processing activities to maintain up to date records of processing activities (RoPA)
  • Assist with compiling privacy review findings, documenting risk mitigation, and communicating outcomes to stakeholders
  • Monitor privacy review workflows in TrustArc to ensure timely completion
  • Assist with updating privacy notices, consent forms, and intra-group data sharing agreements.
  • Coordinate periodic reviews and updates of privacy documentation.
  • Support the development and delivery of privacy training and awareness initiatives.
  • Support compliance with ESRB Privacy Certified or similar safe harbor programs by coordinating audits, maintaining certification documentation, and ensuring adherence to COPPA and other children’s online privacy standards.
  • Support personal information classification efforts
  • Support configuration, maintenance, and reporting functions in privacy management software
  • Help evaluate and test new privacy technologies and integrations
  • Develop standard operating procedures to document Privacy Office functions
  • Develop and maintain dashboards or reports that summarize privacy compliance metrics
  • Manage meeting scheduling, follow-ups, and documentation for privacy reviews and privacy governance

Who We’re Looking For

  • At least two years of experience supporting privacy or data protection programs
  • English Proficient 
  • Strong organizational and project management skills
  • Foundational understanding of comprehensive privacy laws such as GDPR, CCPA, LGPD
  • Experience using privacy management or compliance software, particularly TrustArc
  • Analytical mindset and ability to generate clear, data-driven reports
  • Excellent written communication and attention to detail
