Reporting to the Senior Privacy Specialist, the Junior Privacy Program Assistant will play a critical role in supporting the Privacy Office’s operations, helping to manage privacy reviews, generate metrics and insights, and help maintain core compliance documentation. This role combines project management, analytical skills, and privacy program administration to ensure that privacy governance processes are efficient, measurable, and compliant.
The Key Account Representative LATAM is responsible for managing strategic accounts in Argentina, Uruguay,
Paraguay, and Bolivia, ensuring the commercial development of Mattel's brands in these markets. This role
involves implementing commercial plans, coordinating with local teams, and analyzing performance to ensure
profitable collaboration with key partners across retail, distribution, and e-commerce channels.
What You’ll Do
• Manage key accounts in Argentina, Uruguay, Paraguay, and Bolivia, leading strategic commercial
relationships.
• Develop and implement market-specific commercial plans, including pricing strategies, competitive discounts,
and tailored product portfolios.
• Coordinate with local teams and internal departments (marketing, finance, operations) to ensure effective
execution of commercial initiatives.
• Analyze sales performance (sell-in and sell-out), promotional execution, and product movement, proposing
corrective actions when needed.
• Conduct sales forecasting and margin tracking to ensure account profitability.
• Maintain strong, long-term relationships with commercial partners, including major retailers, distributors, and
e-commerce platforms.
• Utilize tools such as Salesforce, advanced Excel, Power BI, and PowerPoint for account management and
performance analysis.
• Participate in regional meetings and collaborate on initiatives that reinforce Mattel’s leadership in the toy
industry across LATAM.
Who We’re Looking For
- Bachelor's Degree Business Administration, Marketing, International Trade, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience managing key accounts, preferably in consumer goods, retail, or the toy industry.
- Proven experience in commercial negotiation and client development.
- Knowledge of modern trade, distribution, and e-commerce channels in LATAM.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret sales data and develop commercial strategies.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Intermediate proficiency in English.
- Proactive, results-oriented, and capable of working collaboratively in multicultural environments.
