CREATIVITY IS OUR SUPERPOWER. It’s our heritage and it’s also our future. Because we don’t just make toys. We create innovative products and experiences that inspire fans, entertain audiences and develop children through play. Mattel is at its best when every member of our team feels respected, included, and heard—when everyone can show up as themselves and do their best work every day. The Team:

Brand licensing is an exciting, fast paced industry where there’s always something new to get stuck in to. Imagine seeing Barbie clothing in Missguided or a flying Hot Wheels car – we make that happen!

The beauty of licensing at Mattel is we get to work across not one, but all Mattel brands meaning a variety of high profile brands such as Barbie, Hot Wheels, Fisher Price, Masters of the Universe, Uno and more.
