The pay range is indicative of projected hiring range, however base pay will be determined based on a candidate’s work location, skills and experience.

The Team:
The Replenishment Planning Coordinator provides day-to-day support to the Supply Chain team to ensure the timely movement and availability of finished goods and raw materials. This role supports inventory allocation across regional distribution centers and sales channels, monitors product availability, coordinates shop orders and inventory transfers, and helps resolve supply and inventory issues.
The Opportunity:
The Coordinator works closely with Supply Planning, Distribution Centers, Production, Systems, and Marketing to ensure inventory is positioned appropriately to support customer demand, product launches, promotions, and other business needs.
What Your Impact Will Be:
Inventory Management & Issue Resolution
- Monitor inventory availability and proactively identify potential shortages, backorders, or supply issues.
- Partner with Distribution Centers and appropriate teams on receiving, inspection, movement, and preparation of product to support go-live and backorder dates.
- Review system-generated information for accuracy and take appropriate action based on replenishment and inventory signals.
- Investigate and help resolve issues including past-due orders, invoices on hold, OTIF exceptions, and other inventory discrepancies.
- Support product launches, promotions, product pulls, and part-number conversions by coordinating with DC, Systems, Marketing, and Supply Planning teams.
- Escalate product availability and inventory concerns to the appropriate Supply Analyst or leadership.
Inventory Allocation & Replenishment
- Review inventory positions and allocate product across regional Distribution Centers and sales channels based on business needs.
- Monitor reports including OBS, SKU Flow Details, Out-of-Stock reports, backorders, and other supply planning tools.
- Initiate shop orders and inter-plant transfers (IPTs) based on forecast and replenishment signals.
- Recommend shipment methods when necessary to support inventory needs and timing.
- Balance inventory across channels to support equitable out-of-stock dates and product availability.
- Support smooth inventory transitions during MPN/part-number conversions.
- Partner with Production and DC leadership to identify capacity constraints and prioritize inventory needs.
- Support inventory requirements for store openings, year-end allocations, promotions, and liquidation efforts.
Purchase Orders & Systems
- Issue purchase orders as directed by Supply leadership.
- Maintain purchase order due dates in Oracle using information provided by vendors and AGHK.
- Partner with Supply Analysts to ensure information within Oracle PRP1 is accurate.
- Support promotional and Marketing activities by reviewing and balancing inventory across necessary locations and ownerships.
Cross-Functional Support
- Serve as a point of contact for Distribution Centers and prepping teams to streamline communication.
- Partner with Floor Scheduling on rework projects, MPN conversions, pricing changes, and other inventory needs.
- Provide administrative and reporting support to Supply Analysts as needed.
- Collaborate with other Coordinators and Supply Analysts to share best practices and improve processes.
EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in operations, supply chain, distribution, inventory management, or a related area.
- Working knowledge of Materials Requirements Planning (MRP), distribution, and supply chain processes.
- Strong Excel skills required.
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and respond quickly to changing business needs.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to understand inventory movement and track products throughout the supply chain.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively across Supply Planning, Distribution, Production, Marketing, and other business functions.
- Comfortable identifying issues, escalating concerns, and recommending solutions.
- Strong customer-service mindset when supporting retail, direct-to-consumer, and internal operations teams.
- Professional presence with the ability to represent the department in meetings and advocate for business needs.
