Reporting to the Senior Privacy Specialist, the Junior Privacy Program Assistant will play a critical role in supporting the Privacy Office’s operations, helping to manage privacy reviews, generate metrics and insights, and help maintain core compliance documentation. This role combines project management, analytical skills, and privacy program administration to ensure that privacy governance processes are efficient, measurable, and compliant.


What You’ll Do

The Key Account Representative is responsible for the development and management of key accounts in the
supermarket, department store, or wholesale channels, as applicable. This role focuses on driving sales growth,
strategic negotiation, and execution of commercial plans for all Mattel brands in Peru. The position requires
strong analytical skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to build long-term relationships with clients to achieve
sell-in, sell-out, and rotation KPIs aligned with the fiscal year targets.


Responsibilities

  • Manage key accounts in the supermarket channel, ensuring sales quotas and rotation targets are met.
  • Develop and implement commercial strategies aligned with company and client objectives.
  • Negotiate commercial terms, promotions, displays, and activation plans at the point of sale.
  • Analyze performance indicators (sell-in, sell-out, rotation, coverage) and propose corrective actions.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, logistics, finance) to ensure efficient execution.
  • Monitor inventory and product availability, proposing actions to optimize assortment.
  • Participate in annual planning and business reviews with each client.
  • Stay updated on market trends, competitor activity, and consumer behavior.

Who We’re Looking For

  • Bachelor's Degree Bachelor/ Master/ Diploma desirable.
  • 2-3 years Minimum of 2 years in sales-related roles, commercial strategy, or key account management. and
  • Strong negotiation and effective communication.
  • Teamwork and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Customer orientation and results-driven mindset.
  • Analytical thinking and strategic planning.
  • Ability to work under pressure and solve problems.
  • Agility, adaptability and emotional Intelligence.
  • Ability to bounce back from learnings
  • Excellent Excel and PowerPoint skills Fluent in English
  • Commercial Driver's License Class A - C1 Truck Driving School CDL Class A
