The Logistics Analyst LATAM (Brazil) will be responsible for planning and executing logistics operations at the
Distribution Center in Navegantes/SC, ensuring efficiency across inbound and outbound flows, as well as
managing 3PL partners. The role will interact closely with key internal areas such as Customer Service,
Commercial, Finance, and S&OP, in addition to frequent collaboration with the LATAM regional team in Spanish.
This professional will contribute to operational performance, KPI management, and support for continuous
improvement projects, ensuring alignment with Mattel's standards and guidelines.

What You’ll Do

• Conduct national distribution planning, ensuring compliance with deadlines and inventory policies.
• Manage operations of logistics service providers (3PL), ensuring performance and contractual compliance.
• Monitor and oversee inbound and outbound transportation flows at the Distribution Center.
• Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs), such as service level, OTIF, logistics costs, and
operational productivity.
• Collaborate with internal teams (Customer Service, Commercial, Finance, and S&OP) to align priorities and
resolve deviations.
• Participate in continuous improvement projects, applying Lean Six Sigma methodologies to optimize
processes and reduce costs.
• Leverage data analysis tools (Excel and Power BI) to monitor results and generate management reports.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and operational best practices across all DC activities.


Who We’re Looking For

• Bachelor's Degree Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Logistics, or Supply Chain.
• 3–5 years in logistics operations (preferably in consumer goods, retail, e-commerce, or 3PL management).
• Proficiency in Excel and Power BI (intermediate level).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Organizational skills and ability to manage priorities.
• Effective communication skills for interaction with internal teams and regional counterparts.
• Languages:
• Portuguese: fluent.
• Spanish: intermediate/advanced, for frequent interaction with LATAM teams.
• English: basic reading for systems and documentation.
