The Opportunity:
Mattel is currently seeking a Sales Manager; this role will be a member of a dynamic team 
What Your Impact Will Be

  • Develop the strategy for the 2 channels (ecomm and hypermarkets)
  • Planning of the annual sales plan including all KPIs, negotiations with customers to achieve those KPIs, interactions with the regional team to see what is working with other countries and to be able to reapply in Brazil
  • Multi-area alignment (finance, logistics, sales admin) to be able to achieve the annual plan, people development and living within Mattel values and principles.
