The pay range is indicative of projected hiring range, however base pay will be determined based on a candidate’s work location, skills and experience.

- Follow up toy development progress (Design, Engineering & Packaging), alert concerned parties in US, HK and China offices of potential slippage in schedule. Co-ordinate with various departments for information update & reporting.
- Maintain project schedule update in system.
- Analyze the historical data of new toys development for the preparation of the report of toy performance against standard lead-time.
- Responsible for escalating any issues from the development, manufacturing, or quality groups, while also assigning ownership to issues as needed to resolve.
- Prioritize work according to Project Critical Path activities
- Bachelor degree of Engineering / Manufacturing / English related
- 1+ year of Project Management experience on the complex consumer product development.
- Project integration management skill with strong knowledge of project management methodologies, tools and Project Life Cycles is a plus.
- Proficient in English.
- Familiar with Microsoft Project, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Precise data entry ability is a must.
