  • Evaluate the feasibility of toy production based on reference images or concept drawings provided by the design team and communicate with the design team.
  • Create 3D models of toy exterior and interior structure based on product functionality and aesthetic requirements. 
  • Provide input on product structure design and assist the appearance modeler to complete the 3D model of the product. 
  • Complete the 3D geometry based on the exterior 3D model to meet tooling and production requirements. 
  • Communicate with US/HK design and development teams to improve 3D models to meet PI safety/molding/production requirements. 
  • Schedule and follow up on physical models.
  • Communicate with global digital modeling team to support 3D modeling for toy development.  

 


  • College in /toy/industrial design/mechanical automation/mechanical design and manufacturing and other related majors. 
  • Over 6 years of experience in structural design, preferably in the toy industry. 
  • Proficient in Creo 3D modeling software and experienced in designing mechanical transmission structures. 
  • Capable of  independently creating 3D of exterior and interior of vehicle products. 
  • Proficient in 2D design software such as AutoCad, AI and PS.
  • Strong aesthetic sense, detail-oriented, proactive, and open to growth.  
  • Good English writing and reading abilities.
