Mattel Poland is currently seeking for a passionate Intern for our office in Warsaw, who is eager to learn and develop himself or herself in a multinational and challenging environment.

Do you want to be part of it? 

We are looking for a motivated Marketing Intern to provide essential support to our Marketing Team. The successful candidate will assist in tracking media & trade plan activities, coordinating Key Visual preparation and other related assets, preparing promotional presentations and seasonal product handbooks. You will also help organize marketing events, showrooms and external meetings.

  • Provide ongoing support to the marketing team and the Marketing Manager in managing marketing activities, particularly in tracking media plan items and updating the trade calendar. 
  • Prepare and deliver promotional presentations and seasonal handbooks using available information. 
  • Support marketing activations across all channels and customers in alignment with brand strategy plans.
  • Assist the Customer Marketing Manager and Digital Media Manager in planning and executing shopper and consumer campaigns (both online and offline) for omnichannel customers; ensure timely delivery of digital asset packs. 
  • Track the performance of digital campaigns with key omnichannel customers on an ongoing basis and preparing summaries and reports on media and e’comm campaigns. 
  • Maintain regular contact with creative agencies, manage briefings, and share brand campaign assets for various Mattel brands. 
  • Collaborate with the sales department to ensure seamless information sharing between retail and e-retail channels. 
  • Support the setup of e-content for agreed listings, including product images, videos, A+ content, and descriptions. 
  • Actively use regional content tools, such as the global product catalog, e-content creation agencies, and e-merchandising agencies. 
  • Coordinate the product sample ordering process, including novelties from the US/Asia, and provide support for local commercial needs and dummy production as required. 
  • Update and maintain marketing department documentation and databases on the shared drive. 

What We’re Looking For:  

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree, in Marketing or related fields. 
  • Previous experience in Marketing or similar departments will be advantage.
  • Fluent in English (min. B2) and Polish  
  • Strong Microsoft Excel skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint and Project). 
  • Learning agility & creativity skills. 
  • Organizational skills & attention to details. 
  • Curiosity and eager to challenge the status quo. 
  • Strong team player. 
  • Creative – support in graphic creations and small translations, tagliness.
  • Commercial aware in marketing, digital and e-commerce.
  • Understanding of shopper and consumer, especially digital journey.
  • Motivated, confident and can do attitude.
  • Good team worker, connecting to sales and marketing departments team members.
  • Demonstrable ownership, ability to multi-task and adhere to deadlines.
