What Your Impact Will Be:

Short term Local Item Execution:

Coordinate the production of Local Items (LI) for example displays, bundles, to ensure these are available on time and in full to be shipped to customers.

- Track all rework components minimum 3 months before or ideally as soon as LI is set up 6 months before LI on stock date (items, cardboard, instructions, planograms, labels, pallets etc) to ensure these are available on time to start production.
- Ensure that the rework procedures and timelines are respected by all parties in the process.\
- Various weekly meeting to align on Local Item planning with KAM’s, Marketing, Trade Marketing, Inventory Analyst, Customer Fulfilment and Logistic to ensure proper alignment and planning.
- Depending on when LI is due to be produced, expedite issue resolution and prevention co-ordinating with multiple stakeholders to resolve complex issues with a sense of urgency.

Admin tasks to ensure LI production:
- Setting / updating reservations to ensure availability for Local Item production
- Creation of Intransits for the component receipts
- Accurate and timely processing of Pack Requests
- Clean-up left over components at the end of the project or quarterly

Long term Local Item planning:

- Work with the local commercial teams / trade marketing on the long-term Local Item plans.
- Maintain Local Item data in the LI master file for rework tracking and planning.
- Partner with Logistics to work on long term plan 3-12 months out for Local Item needs.
- Analyse the supply match on item/dash level for Local Items 0-12 months out; highlight issue to the demand planner and inventory analyst depending on the timing.

Other tasks:

Regular feedback loop to the markets

Analyse & provide insights to the markets to drive future Local Item decisions
- KPI Dashboard / SLA adherence
- ROI
- Cost analysis

Initiate & Implement Continuous Improvement for the market process

- Provide input and work on potential cost savings
- Provide input and work on potential process improvement

Work on Projects / Initiatives to improve overall Local Item process, interfacing with other teams and various levels of stakeholders, up to Country Manager if needed.

Maintain process documentation and manuals for process adherence and training.

Key user, back-up for all markets.


What We’re Looking For:

· Fluent in English, second language French, Italian or German beneficial
· Advanced knowledge of Supply Chain processes
· At least 3 years of experience within Supply Chain
· Logistics operations is a plus
· Computer proficiency (Microsoft Office, AS400 is a pre)
· Experience with Tableau is a plus
· Advanced proficiency with Excel
· Advanced Analytical skills
· Strong feeling of ownership and courage to drive & lead the process
· Advanced communication skills; translate Supply Chain processes and challenges into easy to understand language for non-supply chain stakeholders
· Ability to navigate complexity working on several markets, balancing the priorities, working with different stakeholders across several departments to align and solve problems.
