The Opportunity:
The purpose of this position is to support commercial execution across markets through coordination, reporting, and tracking of events, partnerships, and retail activation. The role ensures effective delivery of initiatives by supporting execution, maintaining organized tracking, and providing visibility on performance.
What Your Impact Will Be:
Execution Support & Coordination:
- Support execution of key brand events (e.g. Legends Tour, Uno Social Club), assisting with coordination of timelines, deliverables, and materials.
- Support execution of PR partnerships and creator-led programs in line with defined plans.
- Assist with localisation and rollout of global and regional plans across events, partnerships, and activations.
- Help ensure consistency and quality of execution across consumer and retail touchpoints.
Stakeholder Partnership:
- Support local retail pitches in partnership with Sales and Trade Marketing by preparing materials and coordinating inputs.
- Assist Sales teams with execution of retailer activation and customer-specific initiatives.
- Help align execution of events, partnerships, and activations with retailer and channel priorities.
Performance & Optimization:
- Track local performance across events, PR partnerships, creator programs, and retail activation.
- Prepare reporting and highlight variances against plans.
- Support analysis of results to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Cross-Functional Support:
- Support coordination with cross-functional teams across Commercial, Sales, and Trade Marketing.
- Ensure timely and accurate sharing of information across teams.
- Raise observations on local insights and trends related to competitive execution and retail dynamics.
What We’re Looking For:
- 2–3 years of relevant marketing experience, preferably within the FMCG and/or toy industry.
- Tertiary qualification in Commerce, Business, Marketing, or a related discipline.
- Fluent in both French and English.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a structured approach to thinking.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to clearly present insights and recommendations.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and competing priorities effectively.
- Collaborative, proactive, and team-oriented mindset.
Ce que nous offrons :
- Salaire annuel brut compris entre EUR 41,280 - EUR 49,020
- Rémunération variable : participation au Mattel Incentive Plan (MIP) avec un objectif de 5 % du salaire de base ; le montant versé est déterminé en fonction des résultats de l’entreprise et de la performance individuelle.
- Congés payés : 2,5 jours de congés par mois + jours de RTT (au prorata) + jours fériés compensés
- Organisation de travail hybride
- Prise en charge des trajets domicile-travail : participation à hauteur de 50 % pour les transports publics (Pass Navigo) ou indemnité de transport pour les personnes se rendant au travail à vélo ou en covoiturage
- Titre-restaurant / participation repas (prise en charge à 56 % par Mattel) ou prise en charge de la subvention au restaurant d'entreprise
